Jobgether seeks a Senior Software Developer for Analytics to design and deliver sophisticated analytics products. The role combines software engineering with leadership across multiple teams, connecting data pipelines, models and user‑facing apps in a modern cloud environment.

You will mentor engineers, shape technical direction, review architecture and help productionize AI/ML prototypes while balancing innovation with reliability and cost considerations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with about 8 years of software development or equivalent.
• Proven experience delivering complex, multi‑team software or data engineering initiatives.
• Strong Python, SQL and Git proficiency for data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Palantir Foundry or similar cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT, batch processing and streaming patterns.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React for customer‑facing interfaces.
• Demonstrated mentoring and architectural review capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Design analytics solutions that connect data pipelines, models and user interfaces into cohesive products.
• Lead engineering plans, reviews and architecture to guide multi‑team initiatives.
• Mentor engineers and ensure production readiness for analytics projects.
• Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers and product leaders to move prototypes to production.
• Own end‑to‑end solution design including data contracts, feature stores and model endpoints.
