You will shape content from market insights to reports and stories, advance SEO and AI-driven discovery, and collaborate with internal experts to publish credible, differentiated content that resonates with our audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B content marketing or content strategy.
• Excellent English writing and editing to explain technical topics clearly.
• Strong experience managing websites, blogs and editorial programmes.
• Solid SEO expertise with curiosity about AI-driven search and discovery.
• Experience deriving commercial value from content beyond traffic.

As enspired continues to grow across European markets, we are looking for a Senior Content Expert (f/m/x) to own and evolve our content strategy – making sure enspired is found, understood and trusted by the people shaping the energy transition.

This is a hands-on senior role for someone who combines strong editorial judgment with SEO expertise, commercial thinking and curiosity about how AI is changing the way people discover and consume information.

Ready to make a difference? As part of our handpicked marketing team, you will

• Own and continuously evolve our content strategy, connecting what we publish to our audiences, business priorities and marketing goals
• Own our website and blog, ensuring content is relevant, accurate, engaging and continuously optimized
• Plan and create high-quality content – from market insights and thought leadership to reports, case studies, customer stories and other proof-driven assets
• Own and advance our SEO approach, using search and performance insights to identify opportunities and improve organic visibility
• Help us navigate the shift from traditional search to AI-driven discovery and AEO, translating insights into content that can be found, understood and referenced by both people and AI platforms
• Turn complex topics around battery storage, energy markets and trading into content our audiences genuinely want to consume
• Work with internal experts, customers and partners to uncover original insights, data and stories rather than producing content for content's sake
• Identify content gaps and proactively propose new topics, formats and assets we haven't explored before

How you fit into the team

You want to actively participate in the transition to clean energy, and

• Bring 5+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, content strategy, SEO or a comparable role
• Are an excellent English writer and editor with the ability to turn complex technical topics into clear and compelling stories
• Have strong experience managing websites, blogs and editorial/content programmes
• Bring solid SEO expertise and are curious about – ideally already experimenting with – AEO, AI search and changing search behaviour
• Understand that great B2B content needs to create authority, trust and commercial value, not simply traffic
• Know how to extract expertise from subject-matter experts and turn it into credible, differentiated content
• Are comfortable working with analytics and using performance data to make content decisions
• Are highly comfortable with AI and modern content tools and know where human judgment still matters
• Bring strong ownership and proactively identify opportunities rather than waiting for a content brief
• Enjoy working with other senior experts, challenging ideas constructively, and taking responsibility for your area
