Job summary

enspired in Vienna is seeking a Senior Communications Expert (f/m/x) to shape how we communicate, grow our reach, and experiment with new ways of engaging our audiences.

This hands-on role combines excellent B2B communications with curiosity, commercial thinking and a drive to continuously improve how we reach the market across channels such as social, email, PR and events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B communications, PR, digital marketing or a comparable role.
• Exceptional English writer; hands-on—from customer emails to LinkedIn posts.
• Strong experience with PR, social media and digital channels.
• Translate complex topics into clear, engaging communication; data-driven with measurable outcomes.
• Comfortable with AI and MarTech tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve external communications and PR strategy across markets.
• Lead communication channels: social, email, PR and events.
• Write sharp, engaging copy for emails, social, PR, campaigns and event pages.
• Own tone of voice and messaging across touchpoints.
• Grow channels and test new ones (YouTube, newsletters, Substack, communities).
• Proactively bring new communication concepts based on market insights.
• Use AI and MarTech to research, create, test and optimise communication.
• Measure performance and continuously improve results.
• Collaborate with Campaigns, Content, Events, Brand, Marketing Automations, Sales and BD.

As enspired expands across European markets, we are looking for a Senior Communications Expert (f/m/x) to shape how we communicate, grow our reach, and experiment with new ways of engaging our audiences.

This is a hands‑on senior role for someone who combines excellent B2B communication with curiosity, commercial thinking, and a drive to continuously find better ways of reaching the market.

You own the show. As part of our handpicked marketing team, you will

• Own and evolve our external communications and PR strategy across markets
• Lead our communication channels, from organic and paid social to email, PR and event communications
• Write sharp, engaging copy for emails, social media, PR, campaigns and event landing pages
• Own our tone of voice and messaging, ensuring enspired communicates consistently across touchpoints
• Grow our existing channels while testing new ones – from YouTube and newsletters to Substack, communities or whatever comes next
• Proactively bring new communication concepts and content ideas to the team based on market, audience and competitor insights
• Use AI and modern marketing tools to research, create, test and optimise communication faster and smarter
• Measure channel and communication performance, learn from the results and continuously improve what we do
• Work closely with Campaigns, Content, Events, Brand, Marketing Automations, Sales and Business Development to turn business priorities into communication that gets noticed

How you fit into the team

You want to actively participate in the transition to clean energy, and

• Bring 5+ years of experience in B2B communications, PR, digital marketing or a comparable role
• Are an exceptional English writer and enjoy being hands‑on – from a customer email to a LinkedIn post
• Have strong experience with PR, social media and digital communication channels
• Understand how to build and optimise channels based on data and measurable outcomes, not vanity metrics
• Are curious about new channels, formats and technologies and enjoy experimenting with things we haven't tried before
• Are highly comfortable with AI and modern MarTech tools and actively use them to make your work better and faster
• Can quickly understand complex topics and translate them into clear, engaging communication
• Bring strong ownership, commercial thinking and the confidence to challenge how things have always been done
• Value excellent team spirit, collaboration and creative freedom
