SBM Offshore is seeking a Senior Construction Engineer/Vessel Construction Manager to coordinate all construction activities on offshore projects. The role ensures HSSE, quality, and schedule compliance while guiding site teams with advanced technical expertise.

You will conduct constructability reviews, lead risk assessments and feasibility studies, and mentor a project construction team to drive continuous improvement and safe, efficient delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8 years extensive experience in construction with proven project delivery in complex environments.

• Coordinate all construction activities in project/site, ensuring HSSE, quality and schedule compliance.
• Oversee advanced technical evaluations, risk assessments, and feasibility studies for project decisions.

• Coordinate interfaces between disciplines to resolve construction issues and track progress to meet schedule.
