Zusammenfassung

SBM Offshore is seeking an experienced Site HSSE Advisor for our assigned locations in the offshore oil and gas sector. You will drive the implementation of HSSE standards, promote safe work practices, and provide technical safety support to senior management across construction sites.

The role focuses on accident investigations, safety training, risk assessments, and subcontractor audits, with certification in PTW, Rigging and Lifting, and Scaffolding valued.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Science/Engineering or equivalent with HSSE and Fire & Safety Management Systems qualifications.
• Certification in Permit to Work, Rigging and Lifting, Scaffolding.

Aufgaben

• You take part in accident/incident investigations pertaining to PTW, Rigging and Lifting, Scaffolding.
• You perform safety audits on Sub-contractors pertaining to subject matter expertise (PTW, Rigging and Lifting, Scaffolding).
• You conduct in-house safety training pertaining to subject matter expertise.
• You prepare Health and Safety documentation for new tenders.
• You provide Safety support and advice, including supervision in the preparation of plans and procedures for initial contract start-up activities.
