Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in stock management, supply chain, or logistics management.
• Oil and gas industry experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Understanding of procurement processes and ERP systems.

• Inventory Management: maintain accurate stock records and optimize storage.
• Material Movement: coordinate transfers between locations.
• Coordination: liaise with yard, warehouse and cargo teams.
• Documentation: maintain receipts, issuances and transfers; support audits.
• Compliance: ensure safety, environmental and industry standards are met.
• Material Planning: forecast requirements with Projects, Maintenance and Supply Chain.
• Material Replenishment: initiate demand and replenishment tasks.
• Inspection and Material Quality Control: verify incoming materials and address discrepancies.
