Kapsch Trafficcom Transportation SA is seeking an experienced engineer to work on international projects, shaping Connected Vehicle solutions and delivering technically sound proposals. You will collaborate with Sales, Solutions Consultants and Product teams across Europe, contributing to architecture, cost estimates and risk mitigation.

The role requires a technical degree and at least five years on complex projects, with fluency in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable technical field.
• 5+ years of experience on technical projects, tender and cost-estimation development.
• Extensive knowledge of the Connected Vehicle domain, including standards like ETSI, CEN, SAE/IEEE, ISO/ITU.
• Fluent German and English; other languages would be an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Support Sales and Solutions Consultants in developing technical solution concepts for RFPs, tenders and RFIs.
• Assess requirements, develop solution approaches and contribute to technical and cost estimates.
• Develop and document logical system architectures and ensure proposed solutions meet requirements.
• Identify risks and contribute to risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Lead or contribute to assignments to improve products or processes and to identify product enhancements.
