Qualifikationen

• Senior-level experience on high-performance, multithreaded desktop apps.
• Proficiency in modern C++ and current standards.
• Deep expertise in security, concurrency, and debugging.
• Experience with CMake/Conan/MSVC build toolchains.
• Ability to analyze complex software systems with a structured approach.
• EU/EEA/UK/Switzerland contractor eligibility.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• German language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to attend onsite meetings in Central or Northern Germany.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance modern C++ components for high-performance desktop applications with a focus on stability, reliability, and security.

• Use AI coding agents and automated tools to accelerate reviews, analysis, and bug resolution.
• Apply structured problem-solving in security-sensitive and regulated environments.
• Ensure software meets performance, safety, quality, and IT security expectations.
