DevJobs in Österreich sucht eine/n erfahrene/n Backend-Entwickler/in zur Mitarbeit in einem kleinen, Senior-Team. Sie arbeiten an Kerntechnologien unserer Donation SaaS-Plattform, bauen Features, APIs und Datenprozesse und übernehmen das komplette Software-Entwicklungslebenzyklus.

Sie gestalten robuste Backend-Architekturen mit modernen Frameworks wie Django REST Framework oder FastAPI, testen gründlich, nehmen an Code-Reviews teil und helfen, die Plattform stabil zu halten.

Qualifications

• Erfahrung in der Backend-Entwicklung mit modernen Web-Frameworks.
• Nachweisliche Erfahrung im Entwerfen, Builden und Nutzen sauberer REST-APIs.
• Hands-on-Erfahrung mit Celery für asynchrone/ Hintergrund-Workloads.

Deine Rolle im Team

As a Formunaut you'll build and pilot core technologies of our Donation SaaS platform, including mission-critical services our fundraisers rely on daily.

You'll own the whole software development cycle and help shape how a small, senior team ships software. Solve genuinely hard problems in the fundraising universe: from APIs that hold up in the field, to data processing and analysis surfacing vital information, and beyond...

• Build and ship new features across our SaaS Platform using modern approaches to backend development
• Build the services and APIs our platform needs and collaborate on data flows with our data teams
• Keep our platform and deployments stable and the quality high with automated testing
• Share your expertise in code reviews, giving and receiving constructive feedback

Unsere Erwartungen an dich:

Erfahrung

• We're looking for a highly skilled backend developer with proven, hands-on expertise with modern web framworks (e.g. Django REST Framework, FastAPI etc.)
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and a strong curiosity about AI technologies

You Bring

• Experience building and shipping backends in production, with knowledge about web application development
• A track record of designing, building, and consuming clean, well-documented REST APIs
• Hands-on experience with Celery for async and background workloads
• Comfort with Docker and containerized deployments
• Working knowledge of CI/CD (GitHub Actions) and modern build tooling
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools, and the instinct to look at performance before it becomes a problem
• A testing mindset: unit tests, integration tests, and E2E tests are part of how you ship, not an afterthought
• Bonus skill: a solid taste in bad music for the perfect sprint song
