Radancy is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to help create AI solutions that connect leading brands with top talent. You will design AI architecture foundations, define data frameworks, and implement scalable inference pipelines, collaborating with Data Scientists and other AI teams to drive measurable product impact.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in AI engineering, strong backend and cloud experience (AWS), and fluency with NLP/LLMs. The team operates asynchronously in a remote, global setup.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years as an AI Engineer or equivalent experience.
• Strong software engineering background (5+ years).
• Experience with distributed event streaming (Kafka).
• Backend services in Rust/Scala/Go or similar.
• Knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals and optimization.
• Knowledge of NLP, LLMs, RAG, embeddings.
• Experience with AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
• Highly concurrent backend systems with durable state.
• Knowledge of MLOps and model lifecycle management.
• Understanding of responsible AI, security, compliance.

Aufgaben

• Design and develop the foundations of our AI Architecture.
• Define data collection and modeling frameworks.
• Implement and improve classification and inference for AI models.
• Improve application performance with KPIs.
• Design scalable, automated data pipelines using Kafka.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists on classification solutions.
• Work with other AI teams on cross product efforts.
