Zusammenfassung

KR Labs GmbH is seeking a Medior AI/ML Engineer to design and ship practical AI solutions for clients, from early prototypes to production systems. You will own data pipelines, Python-based services, and AI features that operate on real data and real-world workloads.

Expect to work on text/document processing, LLM-powered chat assistants, and data extraction tasks. The role emphasizes delivery quality, collaboration with clients, and remote-first work with mentoring from senior engineers.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of experience shipping real software with Python and AI-related work.
• Holds a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering, or a strong public portfolio.
• Comfortable working with data, cleaning, structuring, storing, and building APIs around it.
• Hands-on experience deploying AWS services and building AI/ML features.
• Professional working English, spoken and written.

Aufgaben

• Design and build Python data-processing services and ETL pipelines for AI/ML workloads.
• Implement LLM-powered features (RAG, chat interfaces, summarization) using AWS Bedrock and tooling.
• Build and tune retrieval components and verify performance.
• Test outputs with accuracy checks and regression tests.
• Deploy and operate services on AWS (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, Step Functions) with IaC (Terraform/CDK).
• Contribute to architecture and technical scoping under senior guidance.
• Maintain delivery standards: code reviews, tests, and thorough documentation.
