Partner Company is seeking a Staff AI Engineer, Payments Intelligence, based in Switzerland. You will lead architecture and deliver AI agents and LLM-driven solutions for a global payments platform, shaping responsible, scalable AI systems across markets.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with product and data science teams, and drive end-to-end AI initiatives from design to production.

Qualifikationen

• Experience building production LLM or AI-agent systems.
• Expertise in agentic AI: multi-step agents, tool use, orchestration, memory, RAG.
• Strong Python for AI/ML; backend in Go or Kotlin.
• Experience with model serving, LLM inference, and cloud infra (AWS or similar).
• Familiarity with evaluation, observability, safety guardrails, and CI/CD.

Aufgaben

• Lead architecture and technical direction for AI agents and Payments Intelligence systems.
• Develop production-grade LLM/agentic AI with low latency and reliability.
• Build multilingual conversational experiences across channels.
• Create AI solutions to retrieve payment data and recover revenue from failed transactions.
• Define AI safety, observability, and guardrails for a multi-market environment.
• Collaborate with product, data science, and senior engineers; mentor other engineers.
