You will troubleshoot, analyze logs, and collaborate across engineering, sales, and product teams to turn customer needs into practical platform improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/Software Eng or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience deploying AI/ML models as services; familiarity with model training, inference, deployment.
• Based in the EMEA region and eligible to work without visa sponsorship; background check required.

Aufgaben

• Engage with customers to explain capabilities and deliver proof-of-concept solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex customer issues across config, performance, and code.
• Investigate root causes via logs, scripting, and remote access.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, support, and product to deliver solutions.
• Create and share technical documentation and enablement materials.
