OMICRON electronics GmbH in Austria (Klaus) invites an IT Security Operations Analyst to operate and improve security systems, including threat detection with SIEM, XDR, SOAR and vulnerability management. You monitor alerts, analyze incidents, and define countermeasures while coordinating with teams.

The role requires a university degree in computer science or related field, or several years in security operations.

Qualifikationen

• You hold a completed, relevant university degree (BSc, MSc) or several years of Security Operations experience.
• Knowledge of cyber security, IT security network analysis, incident handling.
• Experience with SIEM systems and IT security infrastructure.

• Operate and continuously improve IT security systems for threat detection.
• Monitor alerts and define countermeasures with pri orities.
• Coordinate troubleshooting with responsible teams in incident management.
• Maintain IOCs and evaluate data from intelligence sources.
• Contribute to Information Security Management System.
