Burton Snowboards Europe in Innsbruck seeks a Seasonal Test Ride Assistant to manage logistics, organize test rides, ship products, and run on-snow activations across Austria and the Alpine region.

You’ll work weekends in peak season, travel as needed, and bring snowboard knowledge, a hands-on approach, and strong communication in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of experience in consumer experience, retail, events or a similar product-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of snowboarding and the snowboard industry.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in German and English; other European languages are a plus.

We are looking for a Seasonal Test Ride Assistant based in Innsbruck, Austria, from mid October to end of April. The role represents Burton and Anon across the Austrian market and Alpine region, driving consumer engagement and product demand. It's a hands‑on, field‑based position combining logistics, product expertise, consumer interaction and on‑snow activations, with regular travel throughout Austria and the wider Alpine region.

What You Get to Do:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for consumer experiences, including test rides and shop activations
• Organise and ship requested products to retail partners, team riders, territory colleagues and HQ staff
• Manage and maintain Test Ride equipment and event collateral, with waxing and tuning skills considered a plus
• Support inventory management, including mid-season and year‑end inventory counts
• Assist with the planning and execution of on‑snow events and brand activations
• Represent Burton and Anon professionally and authentically, building strong relationships with consumers, retail partners and other stakeholders

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in consumer experience, retail, events or a similar product‑focused role, ideally within the outdoor or snowboarding industry
• Strong knowledge of snowboarding and the snowboard industry, with solid technical expertise in snowboard hardgoods, and a genuine passion for the sport and Alpine snowboarding scene
• A proactive, hands‑on approach with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment, managing changing priorities, complexity and ambiguity
• A creative, open‑minded and flexible mindset, with a strong team‑oriented approach
• Fluent in German and English; additional European languages are an advantage
• A valid driving licence and willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and peak winter periods, when required
