Zusammenfassung

Intersport Austria GmbH is hiring for seasonal staff to support our ski rental and service shop in Austria. You will assemble and adjust bindings, service skis and snowboards, handle repairs and checks, assist guests with equipment and fitting, and maintain workshop gear.

Season starts November/December 2026 and ends March 2027 or Easter 2027; full-time and part-time options (from 20 hours/week) are possible.

Aufgaben

• Assembly and professional adjustment of bindings
• Ski and snowboard servicing and maintenance – from edge sharpening to the perfect finish
• Performing minor repairs and technical checks
• Handling service requests and complaints
• Maintenance and care of our workshop equipment
• Personal advice for our guests regarding skiing, snowboarding & equipment
• Issuance, adaptation and return of loan materials
• Assistance with the selection and fitting of ski boots and helmets
• Control and maintenance of the rental equipment
• Ensure order and clarity in the RENT Shop

The minimum gross salary is based on the collective bargaining agreement for the retail sector, starting at EUR 2,251 for 38.5 hours per week. Higher pay is possible and depends on prior service, qualifications, and experience.
