Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service or support roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication in multiple languages is a plus.
• Passion for snowboarding and product knowledge preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist customers with product, order and warranty questions via phone, email and chat.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and internal partners.
• Collaborate with Burton E-Commerce and Product Service teams to share knowledge and feedback.
• Guide and educate customers about Burton and anon product lines.
• Create, post, translate and proof-read support content for burton.com.
