Zusammenfassung

INTERSPORT Rent in Austria is seeking friendly staff for winter season to advise guests on skiing gear, issue and adjust rental materials, and help customers choose and fit boots and helmets. You’ll assist with equipment maintenance and keep the shop organized, adding a lively RENTertainment touch.

The role offers full-time and part-time options, with a base hourly wage aligned to the collective agreement and the potential for higher pay based on experience.

• Provide personal advice for guests on skiing, snowboarding and equipment.
• Issue, adapt and return loan materials.
• Assist with selection and fitting of ski boots and helmets.

• Keep the RENT Shop orderly and clear.
• Contribute to a positive, entertaining RENTertainment experience.

Employment options: Full-time and part-time (from 20 hours/week) possible

The minimum gross salary is based on the collective bargaining agreement for the retail sector, starting at €2,334 for 38.5 hours per week. Higher pay is possible and depends on prior service, qualifications, and experience.
