Zusammenfassung

Deutsche Telekom Global Business Solutions GmbH in Austria seeks a network security expert to design and implement SD-WAN and SSE solutions, focusing on security and documentation. You will migrate existing solutions to SASE and contribute to the product development of the SASE portfolio.

You will prepare pre-sales concepts, support 2nd/3rd line escalations, and ensure smooth operation of SASE components, while staying current with technologies and vendor products.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical education with a focus on telecommunications/network security.
• Work independently in a team and stay up to date with technology.
• Specialist in network security; certifications encouraged (e.g. CCIE, AASP, AASX, VNX125, VNX326).
• In-depth expertise in troubleshooting, TCP/IP, VPN, IPsec, SD-WAN, SSE, network security, API control.
• Familiar with leading network manufacturers' product range.
• Very good German and English skills.

Aufgaben

• Design and independently implement SD-WAN/SSE solutions with a focus on security and documentation.

About us: Deutsche Telekom Global Business Solutions GmbH is a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom and employs around 70 people in Austria. DTGBS bundles all telecommunications services — the connection and networking of company locations, for example via MPLS, SD-WAN and LAN/WAN in general. We are the Competence Center for Aruba and Versa SD-WAN within Deutsche Telekom. A small unit that is primarily concerned with networking global companies. Our customers include large Austrian companies, DAX companies and many major international corporations. DTGBS sees it as its task to support international companies on their transformation from classic MPLS to an application-optimized infrastructure. We support our customers from finding solutions to implementation in the areas, network connection (underlay) to dynamic routing using SD-WAN (overlay) to security issues and thus cover the full SASE story.

Tasks

• You will design, implement & independently implement network solutions as well as services related to SD-WAN and SSE with a focus on security and documentation of the infrastructures used
• You are familiar with ZTNA, SWG, DLP, CASB and on-prem security
• You migrate existing solutions to our SASE solution
• You are involved in the technical product development of the SASE portfolio
• As part of projects, you support the preparation of concepts and service descriptions during the pre-sales phase
• You are involved in problem analysis, 2nd and 3rd level support and in tracking escalations
• You are responsible for the smooth operation, administration & management of SASE components
• You prepare reviews and specifications of innovative new network technologies

Profile

• You have completed technical education (HTL, FH/University), ideally with a focus on telecommunications/network security
• You work independently in a team, with the premise of staying up to date with the latest technology
• You are a specialist in network security and are ideally also successfully certified (e.g. CCIE, AASP, AASX, VNX125, VNX326)
• You have in-depth expertise in troubleshooting, TCP/IP, VPN, IPsec, SD-WAN, SSE, network security, network services, shell scripting, API control
• You are very familiar with the product range of leading network manufacturers
• You have very good German and English skills

For legal reasons, we refer to the minimum annual salary of €56,644 for full-time employment (38.5 hours) under the collective agreement.
