Pertemps ERP is seeking an experienced BI Reporting Specialist to join an international organisation in Vienna. The role focuses on developing and enhancing BI reports and dashboards, primarily using SAP Analytics Cloud and other BI tools.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in BI reporting, dashboard development or data visualization.

• Strong understanding of KPIs, reporting concepts and data visualization.

• Basic scripting/programming skills and a technical mindset.

We are looking for an experienced BI Reporting Specialist to join an international organisation and support the development of modern reporting and analytics solutions.

This is a permanent position based in Vienna. You must be eligible to work in the EU. The role can not be performed remotely.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance BI reports, dashboards and analytical solutions, primarily using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and other BI technologies.
• Translate business requirements into clear, reliable and user-friendly reporting solutions, including KPIs, visualisations and interactive dashboards.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, data specialists and IT teams to define reporting requirements and solution concepts.
• Ensure high standards for report quality, usability, performance and visualisation.
• Analyse and communicate data quality and reporting issues and support their resolution.
• Test dashboards and reporting solutions, including functional and user acceptance testing.
• Support the deployment and continuous improvement of existing BI solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data usage and analytics capabilities.

Your Profile

• Professional experience in BI reporting, dashboard development or data visualisation.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or a comparable BI platform such as Power BI, Tableau or SAP BusinessObjects.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, reporting concepts and data visualisation.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical reporting solutions.
• Basic scripting/programming skills and a strong technical mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Confident communication with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently across several reporting topics and projects.
• Experience with SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Data Cloud, Finance, Controlling or Sales would be an advantage.
