Zusammenfassung

Wienerberger AG in Vienna is seeking a Reporting Enablement Specialist to develop and optimize BI reports and dashboards using SAP Analytics Cloud and other tools. You will translate complex business requirements into clear, reliable reporting solutions with KPIs and interactive visuals.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, data teams and IT to design concepts, maintain data quality and ensure performance, enabling better decisions across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in BI reporting, dashboards or data visualization.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud or similar BI tools.
• Strong understanding of reporting, data visualization and KPI concepts.
• Ability to translate business requirements into reporting solutions.
• Basic scripting skills and strong technical affinity.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently across multiple reporting topics.
• Experience with SAP Datasphere, SAP BDC and/or Finance, Controlling, Sales is a plus.

Reporting Enablement Specialist (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

• Develop, maintain and continuously improve BI reports, dashboards and analytical solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud and other BI tools.
• Translate business requirements and data into clear, reliable and user‑friendly reporting solutions, including KPIs, visualizations and interactive functionality.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data modelers, BI teams, SAP experts and IT teams to translate reporting requirements into effective concepts and technical specifications.
• Apply consistent standards forreport design, visualization, usability, functionality, and performance.
• Identify and communicate data quality, availability and reporting issues to support reliable BI solutions.
• Test reports and dashboards for data accuracy, functionality, usability and performance, and support user acceptance and deployment.
• Continuously improve reporting solutions based on stakeholder feedback and evolving business requirements, and identify opportunities for tool and solution optimization.

Your Profile

• Professional experience in BI reporting, dashboard development or data visualization.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud or comparable BI tools.
• Strong understanding of reporting, data visualization and KPI concepts.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions.
• Basic scripting skills and strong technical affinity.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently across multiple reporting topics.
• Experience with SAP Datasphere, SAP BDC and/or Finance, Controlling, Sales is a plus.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 3.417,26 per month based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week).
