Job summary

Pertemps ERP, part of Network EMEA, is seeking an experienced BI Reporting Specialist in Vienna to join an international team. The role focuses on developing modern reporting and analytics solutions, primarily using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and IT.

You will translate requirements into reliable reporting, create dashboards and KPIs, ensure quality and performance, and contribute to ongoing BI enhancements across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in BI reporting, dashboard development or data visualisation.
• Hands-on experience with SAC or a comparable BI platform such as Power BI, Tableau or SAP BusinessObjects.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, reporting concepts and data visualisation.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical reporting solutions.
• Basic scripting/programming skills and a strong technical mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Confident communication with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently across several reporting topics and projects.
• Experience with SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Data Cloud, Finance, Controlling or Sales would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance BI reports, dashboards and analytical solutions using SAC and other BI technologies.
• Translate business requirements into clear, reliable reporting solutions including KPIs and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, data specialists and IT to define reporting requirements.
• Ensure high standards for report quality, usability, performance and visualisation.
• Analyse data quality and reporting issues and support their resolution.
• Test dashboards and reporting solutions, including functional and user acceptance testing.
• Support deployment and continuous improvement of BI solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and analytics capabilities.
