Gramian Consultancy is seeking an experienced Business Process Owner with strong SAP Transportation Management (TM) expertise to bridge Business teams and SAP/Digital delivery. The role focuses on process readiness, Fit-to-Template workshops, gap analysis, UAT, cutover, Go-Live, and post-Go-Live support for transportation planning and execution.

The contract is freelance/contractor, 3 months rolling, with locations in Budapest or Warsaw.

Qualifications

Experience with SAP TM deployments and TP/Process mapping.
Strong ability to lead workshops and workshops facilitation.
Proven capability to translate business needs into SAP/Digital delivery inputs.

Responsabilités

Lead business readiness for SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management deployment.
Align local teams with the Core Model / Global Template.
Prepare and facilitate Fit-to-Template / Fit-to-Standard workshops.
Perform process analysis, mapping, and gap analysis across transportation workflows.
Gather and clarify business requirements and translate into inputs for SAP / Digital teams.
Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, site stakeholders, and SAP delivery teams.
Support testing, UAT, cutover, Go-Live and hypercare activities.
Contribute to change management, user adoption and training.
Identify business-readiness risks and process gaps before deployment.
Share best practices across rollout locations.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
Background in multi-country or multi-site transportation deployments.
Knowledge of TM integration with SD, MM, EWM, Finance.
