Job summary

Gramian Consulting Group and its client, a global industrial leader, seek a Business Process Owner with strong MM/WM expertise to bridge Business and SAP/Digital teams across a major SAP S/4HANA transformation. The role covers readiness, workshop delivery, gap analysis, and deployment activities.

Location flexibility includes Budapest, Hungary or Warsaw, Poland, with December or January start. Fluent English required for cross-border collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• SAP WM/MM experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Materials Management and Warehouse Management in SAP environments.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA deployments and international SAP transformations.
• Fluent English and ability to liaise between Business and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead business readiness for SAP S/4HANA MM/WM deployment.
• Align local teams with the Core Model/Global Template.
• Prepare and facilitate Fit-to-Template workshops.
• Perform business-process analysis, mapping and gap analysis.
• Translate business requirements into actionable SAP inputs for delivery teams.
• Coordinate with local stakeholders, site management, and SAP teams.
• Support testing, UAT, cutover, Go-Live and hypercare activities.
• Contribute to change management and user adoption.

Our client is a global industrial leader operating in over 100 countries, known for its advanced manufacturing footprint and commitment to driving digital innovation across its factories and supply chain. They are currently undergoing one of the most significant ERP and operational technology transformations in their industry to modernize systems, improve efficiency, and enable next-generation operations.

We are looking for an experienced Business Process Owner with strong MM / WM expertise to act as the bridge between Business teams and SAP / Digital delivery teams. The role focuses on process readiness, Fit-to-Template workshops, gap analysis, requirements clarification, deployment, UAT, cutover, and post-Go-Live support.

Responsibilities

• Lead business readiness for SAP S/4HANA MM / WM deployment.
• Align local teams with the program's Core Model / Global Template.
• Prepare and facilitate Fit-to-Template / Fit-to-Standard workshops.
• Perform business-process analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Gather and clarify business requirements and translate them into actionable inputs for SAP / Digital teams.
• Coordinate closely with local stakeholders, site management, and SAP delivery teams.
• Support testing, UAT, cutover, Go-Live, and hypercare activities.
• Contribute to change management, user adoption, and training.
• Identify deployment risks and business-readiness gaps.
• Capture and share best practices across rollout locations.
• Strong functional expertise in Materials Management and/or Warehouse Management processes.
• Solid hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience working on international SAP transformation or rollout programs.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and their integration with SAP.
• Experience with Core Model / Global Template deployments.
• Hands-on experience with Fit-to-Template, gap analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
• Experience supporting UAT, deployment, cutover, Go-Live, and hypercare.
• Fluent English and strong ability to work between Business and IT / Digital teams.
