Job summary

Gramian Consultancy is seeking an experienced Business Process Owner with strong Supply Chain expertise to drive SAP S/4HANA readiness and deployment for a global client. The role bridges business and IT, focusing on core model alignment, workshops, gap analysis, and end-to-end process readiness across planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics.

The contract is freelance/contractor based for 3 months rolling, with locations in Budapest or Warsaw.

Qualifications

• Strong functional expertise in end-to-end Supply Chain processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with international SAP transformation or rollout programs.
• Fluent English and the ability to work between Business and IT/Digital teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead business readiness for SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain deployment.
• Align local teams with Core Model / Global Template.
• Prepare and facilitate Fit-to-Template / Fit-to-Standard workshops.
• Perform process analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis across supply chain workflows.
• Gather and clarify business requirements and translate them into inputs for SAP / Digital teams.
• Coordinate with local stakeholders, site management, and SAP delivery teams.
• Support testing, UAT, cutover, Go-Live and hypercare activities.
• Contribute to change management, user adoption and training.
• Identify business-readiness risks and process gaps before deployment.
• Capture and share best practices across rollout locations.
• Hands-on experience with Fit-to-Template, gap analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
• Experience supporting UAT, deployment, cutover, Go-Live, and hypercare.
• Fluent English and strong ability to work between Business and IT / Digital teams.

We are looking for an experienced Business Process Owner with strong Supply Chain expertise to act as the bridge between Business teams and SAP / Digital delivery teams. The role focuses on process readiness, Fit-to-Template workshops, gap analysis, requirements clarification, deployment, UAT, cutover, and post-Go-Live support across supply chain processes.
