Zusammenfassung

Erste Group Services GmbH, a center for accounting, regulatory reporting and payroll, seeks a professional to join the accounting and IT interface. You will own FPSL processes, reconcile data across the ledger and upstream systems, and prepare IFRS/UGB financial statements.

Requirements include a university degree in finance/accounting, 3-5 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and English proficiency; German is an advantage.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting
• 3-5 years of professional accounting experience in a financial institution or regulated environment
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel; SAP FPSL or SAP S/4HANA Finance is an advantage
• Good communication in English; German is an advantage

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of SAP Financial Products Subledger (FPSL) and contribute to ongoing development and optimization
• Analyze, reconcile, and ensure the quality of accounting and valuation data between FPSL, the general ledger, and upstream systems
• Independently prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, perform IFRS and UGB accounting, and conduct reconciliations
• Support regulatory and accounting-related requirements and the introduction of new products and processes
• Collaborate with IT and business to drive optimization and digitalization of accounting processes from requirements to testing and implementation
• Contact persons for supported entities and external partners including auditors, tax advisors, and financial authorities
