Erste Group Services GmbH in Vienna seeks a skilled accounting professional to own the SAP Financial Products Subledger (FPSL), ensure data quality, and prepare IFRS/UGB financial statements. You will reconcile data across FPSL, the general ledger, and upstream systems while supporting regulatory requirements.

The role collaborates with IT and business stakeholders to optimize processes and enable digital transformation. Fluent English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience in a financial institution or regulated environment.
• Strong IFRS and UGB knowledge.
• Solid Excel skills; familiarity with SAP FPSL or SAP S/4HANA Finance is advantageous.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of FPSL and contribute to development and optimization.
• Analyze and reconcile accounting data between FPSL, GL, and upstream systems.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements per IFRS and UGB.
• Support regulatory and accounting-related requirements and new products.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to digitize accounting processes.
• Serve as contact for supported entities, auditors, tax advisors, and authorities.
