Zusammenfassung

Fusalp in Zermatt seeks a customer-facing retail professional for a seasonal 80% contract from December 2026 to 15 April 2027. You will welcome an international clientele, provide personalised service, and build lasting relationships while delivering strong boutique performance.

English is required; German is appreciated. The role offers a premium retail environment with ongoing product and retail training and opportunities to develop your experience within an international House.

Qualifikationen

• First successful customer-facing experience, ideally in retail, fashion, premium hospitality or another service-driven environment.

• Availability for an 80% seasonal contract and a flexible rota, including weekends, public holidays and peak periods.
