Job summary

SENN Logistik GmbH in Erl is seeking a Transport Manager / Dispatcher to plan and steer daily traffic across the DACH region, Italy and Benelux. You will manage route planning, freight sourcing and cost optimisation for our own fleet and carriers.

Responsibilities include negotiating with carriers, sourcing capacity, and monitoring transit times while maintaining high fleet utilisation. Strong German/English skills are required; Italian/Dutch language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching, freight forwarding or transport is an advantage.
• Organisational talent and enjoyment of fast-paced day-to-day work.
• Cost and service awareness as well as negotiating skills.
• Good IT skills.
• Strong communication skills and team spirit.
• Good German and English; Italian, Dutch or further languages an advantage.

You plan and steer the daily traffic across the DACH region, Italy and Benelux – from route planning and freight sourcing to the commercial optimisation of utilisation and costs.

Your responsibilities:

• Daily route and assignment planning for our own fleet and carriers
