Zusammenfassung

Octapharma-Plasma is offering a compulsory FH internship in Regulatory Information Management & Submission Technology in Vienna. The 6-month program runs 38 hours weekly from 1 February 2027 to 31 July 2027, full-time.

You will work within the RIS team, engaging in validation, data management and digital transformation tasks. Ideal candidates are FH students in Data Science, Analytics, IT/CS or biotech fields, with strong Excel/Power BI skills, English proficiency and an interest in pharma IT

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in a mandatory FH internship as part of an FH degree program.
• Fields for internship include Data Science, Business Analytics, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Health Informatics or Pharmaceutical/Biotech IT.
• Strong interest in digital solutions, data management and the pharmaceutical industry.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; basic SQL and Power BI knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Support Computerized System Validation activities in line with GxP requirements.
• Prepare, execute and document system test cases and validation docs.
• Assist with data migration, verification and quality activities.
• Maintain and analyze regulatory master data.
• Prepare reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Assist in SOP development and system documentation.
