Red Bull Media House GmbH is seeking a Video Editor & Music Content Creative to transform raw footage into premium social content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms. You will own the editing process, shaping pacing, sound, color, and motion graphics to captivate audiences.

You will experiment with formats and storytelling concepts, staying ahead of digital trends and collaborating with marketing and growth teams to maximize engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in video editing and social media content production.
• Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut.
• Strong rhythm, pacing, and music-driven storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into premium short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and emerging platforms.
• Own the editing process from storytelling and pacing to sound design and color grading.
• Develop and pitch original formats, series, and storytelling concepts for social channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and growth teams to optimize performance using data and audience feedback.
• Maintain efficient organization of assets and editing workflows.
