Job summary

Red Bull Media House seeks an Editor & Social Media Content Creative to turn raw footage into scroll-stopping social content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. You will own the entire editing process from concept to export, including pacing, color, sound design, and captions.

You will develop new formats, stay ahead of trends, and collaborate with marketing and growth teams to optimize performance across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in video editing and social media content production.
• Compelling showreel or portfolio mandatory; applications without work samples will not be considered.
• Advanced proficiency in editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut.

Responsibilities

• Transform footage into premium short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and emerging platforms.
• Own the editing process, including storytelling, pacing, sound design, color grading, motion graphics, and captions.
• Proactively develop original content formats, series, and storytelling concepts.
• Stay ahead of platform trends and digital culture to inform content approaches.
• Collaborate with marketing, content and growth teams to optimize creative output.
