The Hapimag Resort Sonnleitn is a charming holiday destination in Carinthia, located directly on the Sonnenalpe Nassfeld. The 112 apartments are spread across several buildings, designed to resemble a traditional Carinthian mountain village. An indoor pool, sauna and wellness area, children’s and youth playrooms, a mini-shop, and a 55-seat restaurant complete the holiday experience for our guests.

What you can expect

• Managing the resort with up to 20 employees and its daily operations, including the continuous optimization of workflows and processes
• Overall responsibility for the operating result, including quality control, product development, and sales activities
• Being a host to our guests and business partners
• Preparing the annual budget and monitoring key financial figures
• Ensuring compliance with legal standards regarding occupational safety and law
• Implementing strategic company goals and measures for the sustainable development of the resort’s offerings (including the evaluation of guest surveys)

What you bring along

• Completed vocational training in the hotel or restaurant industry, ideally with additional qualifications in the hospitality or travel sector
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable role
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
