Zusammenfassung

Fortrea is seeking a Site Budget & Contract Specialist (location: Switzerland; Home-Based) to negotiate and manage site agreements, confidentiality agreements, and related contracts for global clinical trials. You will ensure adherence to SOPs, regulations, and study timelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2–4 years in contract negotiation, strong ICH GCP understanding, and fluency in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience acceptable.
• 2–4 years in contract negotiation, clinical research, or related field.
• Strong understanding of ICH GCP guidelines and clinical research processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, negotiate, and manage site agreements, confidentiality agreements, and letters of indemnification for clinical trials.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and contractual obligations.
• Track, update, and maintain contract status in relevant systems.
• Identify and escalate contractual issues to management as needed.
• Support the internal review, revision, and approval process of contracts before forwarding to external parties.
• Collaborate with study teams, legal, and project management for seamless contract execution.
• Maintain electronic and paper contract files for accuracy and accessibility.
• Assist in improving departmental processes and procedures.
• Provide regular status updates to management and study teams.
