Partner Company is seeking a Feasibility Strategic Analytics Lead to shape country, site, and enrollment strategies for complex clinical development programs in Switzerland. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline with at least 7 years of relevant experience, or a PhD/MD with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of drug development and global country/site feasibility, clinical study start-up, recruitment, and clinical operations.
• Experience in clinical research and understanding of GCP principles, study or project management, monitoring, and regulatory processes.
• Experience with multinational clinical trials and ideally direct experience in global country and site feasibility.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities with the ability to synthesize complex information across data sources.
• Able to translate data and evidence into clear recommendations, scenarios, and actionable decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Strong business consulting and influencing skills with ability to persuade and align across priorities.
• Leadership capabilities through collaboration, coaching, and guidance.
• Experience in oncology or other complex therapeutic areas is an advantage.
• Familiarity with decentralized clinical trials, real-world data, site intelligence, recruitment analytics, and clinical trial technologies is valuable.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the strategic feasibility point of contact for study teams, developing country/site strategies and enrollment scenarios.
• Develop early feasibility assessments including enrollment timelines and footprint analyses.
• Refine country footprints and site classification strategies as protocols advance.
• Lead country and site selection by analyzing feasibility outreach and evidence.
• Build and maintain investigator and site intelligence to support site selection.
• Analyze site-level data and model patient volumes, site performance, and diversity considerations.
• Develop scenario analyses to compare footprints and recruitment strategies.
• Identify protocol optimization opportunities using real-world data and insights.
• Support progression of sites through feasibility and evaluation toward Pre-Trial Assessment.
• Maintain oversight of feasibility outreach and coordinate stakeholder reviews.
• Partner with clinical development and operations to improve start-up and recruitment timelines.
• Maintain KPI accountability across protocols and promote continuous improvement.
• Identify and promote technologies and innovative processes to improve feasibility.
• Build a portfolio-level knowledge library with new evidence and experience.
• Assess comparator studies and trial metrics to inform future site requirements.
