Panda International is seeking a Sales Representative to grow our business across Switzerland. This home-based, remote role focuses on new business acquisition with a strong hunter approach and close collaboration with Quality, Operations and Procurement teams.

You will develop relationships with Life Sciences and other high-compliance customers, manage the full sales cycle from contact to close, and regularly travel for customer meetings across the region.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of B2B sales/business development experience.
• Proven track record winning new customers and generating new business.
• Experience selling in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Fluent German is essential; Swiss German/French advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Develop new business across Switzerland.
• Identify and approach prospective customers through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking and direct outreach.
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
• Develop relationships with pharmaceutical, Life Sciences and other controlled-environment customers.
• Manage the full sales process from initial contact through to closing.
• Navigate multiple stakeholders across Quality, Operations, Procurement, Technical teams and management.
• Understand customer challenges and translate them into suitable solutions.
• Use a consultative, value-based sales approach.
• Develop both mid-sized customers and strategic enterprise accounts.
• Regularly visit customers and prospects throughout Switzerland.
