Zusammenfassung

Zentiva is seeking a Sales Representative for Central Switzerland & Ticino to build and expand relationships with SD-Physicians, pharmacists, and HCP groups. You will drive sales growth, manage a territory plan, and ensure successful portfolio launches across German-speaking Switzerland and Ticino.

Ideal candidates have proven Swiss field sales success in pharma/generics, strong CRM skills, and a valid driving license. Italian language skills are a plus for Ticino coverage.

Qualifikationen

• Business-fluent German (C1/C2) with the ability to engage confidently with physicians and pharmacy owners.
• Proven success in Swiss field sales within pharmaceuticals, generics, healthcare, or a related industry.
• Demonstrated experience acquiring, retaining, and growing customer accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of sales performance, profitability, and customer value.
• Excellent CRM, pipeline management, and forecasting discipline.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory.
• Italian (B2+) for Ticino is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and expand relationships with SD-Physicians, Pharmacists & HCP Group Members.
• Develop partnerships with SD Groups, pharmacies, Network & Associations aligned with strategy.
• Responsible for operational implementation of partnerships up to the final customer.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
• Position Zentiva portfolio and launch new products in the territory.
• Ensure sales targets and profitability are achieved and reported in CRM.
