Jobgether seeks a Senior Security Engineer, Offensive Security for a remote-first role based in Switzerland. You will apply offensive security expertise to penetration testing, red-teaming, threat modeling, exploit development, and security architecture across cloud environments, containers, SaaS apps, APIs, and AI/ML products.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in security engineering with hands-on offensive security and testing across apps and infrastructure.
• 2+ years software development experience with Python or Golang.
• Deep knowledge of authentication/authorization, OAuth, cryptography and Zero Trust.
• Experience securing cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and testing SaaS apps/APIs.
• Proficiency with offensive security tools (Burp Suite) and exploiting real-world vulns.
• Understanding AI/ML security risks and using LLMs/agent tools for automation.
• OSCP/OSWE/OSEP/GXPN/GPEN/CRTO or equivalent credentials valued.

Aufgaben

• Plan, scope, and execute penetration tests and red-team engagements.
• Develop exploits and deliver clear, risk-rated findings with remediation guidance.
• Retest vulnerabilities and validate remediation effectiveness.
• Conduct security reviews and threat modeling across architectures and AI products.
• Build offensive security tooling, automation, and security tests.
• Collaborate with engineering to design Zero Trust controls and least-privilege.
• Support vulnerability management and security design reviews.
• Investigate security events and participate in incident response and on-call rotation.
• Promote security-by-design with stakeholders; contribute to roadmaps and docs.
• Engage with external researchers where appropriate and strengthen cloud/K8s security.
