Qualifications

• Experience in Market Access for medical devices is preferred.
• Experience in diabetes market or health economics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with local partners/distributors to expand access in Eastern Europe.
• Develop and implement CGM reimbursement strategies with local payers.
• Engage with clinical and patient groups to support reimbursement expansion.
• Lead value-tool implementation and data partnerships with external stakeholders.
• Shape tender strategies and support local sales teams in value-based switching.
