Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of experience managing branded social media accounts with measurable engagement or growth.
• Fluent English plus Spanish or Portuguese, with working proficiency in the third language.
• Ability to interpret performance data and adjust strategy based on insights.
• Experience briefing and coordinating external creators against a content calendar.
• Strong understanding of social media best practices and localization.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills for multiple markets.
• Comfortable working remotely with stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day social media presence across Instagram in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
• Execute the content calendar and adapt messaging for each market.
• Prioritize meaningful engagement while maintaining content quality.
• Brief and coordinate external creators per templates and cadence.
• Track engagement metrics across markets regularly.
• Identify performance issues and opportunities, especially in Spanish/Portuguese markets.
• Monitor brand mentions and sentiment, escalating where needed.
• Use Sprout Social, ManyChat, LinkTree, and future tools.
• Collaborate with Social Media Strategist to optimize content execution.
