Raiffeisen Bank International is seeking an Special Exposures Management Risk & Operations Specialist to support impairment provisions, restructurings, and related follow-up actions for non-retail clients in workout stages.

The role requires coordination with multiple internal teams, ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance, and contributes to digitalization initiatives and automation in risk management.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in restructuring, banking operations, or credit risk within financial services.
• Ability to coordinate topics across functions and ensure timely follow-up.
• Understanding of regulations related to loan loss provisions and risk management.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate impairment provisions, restructurings, write-offs, loan sales and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Credit Risk, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate processing.
• Monitor forbearance-related processes per regulatory requirements.
• Maintain default information and monitor data quality and process compliance.
• Manage the workout costs and monitor existing limits.
• Identify risks and contribute to process improvements and automation.
• Develop dashboards and reporting routines and AI-supported solutions.
