Jobgether seeks a Revenue & Billing Analyst based in Austria to own end-to-end billing, AR, and collections within a remote, async-first Finance team. You will investigate issues, drive automation, and contribute to MRR/ARR reporting and revenue operations improvements.

You will collaborate closely with Finance and Customer Success, handle platform changes, and ensure data accuracy across billing and general ledger.

Qualifikationen

• Experience owning billing, AR, or collections end-to-end.
• Proven ability solving complex billing issues with customers.
• Experience with subscription SaaS billing environments.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills with financial data.
• Ability to automate workflows and reduce manual work.
• Proficiency in English, written and verbal.

Aufgaben

• Own the end-to-end customer billing process, including invoicing, changes, payment queries, refunds, and corrections.
• Manage accounts receivable, collections, and dunning activities with customers.
• Partner with Customer Success on complex billing cases and ensure resolution.
• Investigate recurring billing issues and improve underlying processes.
• Perform reconciliations across billing, payments, subscriptions, and GL.
• Produce and analyze MRR/ARR movement reporting for Finance.
• Improve finance automations across billing and reporting.
• Support billing platform changes from a Finance perspective with Product/Engineering.
