CANAL+ SERVICES AUSTRIA GMBH in Vienna is seeking aRetention Manager (f/m/d) to reduce churn and maximize customer lifetime value through a proactive, data‑driven retention strategy across the customer lifecycle. You will own retention KPIs, design offers, run price changes, and coordinate with Customer Service, Telco and reseller partners as well as international CANAL+ teams. German and English skills are required; a modern hybrid office with training opportunities is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in retention, CRM or customer lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a German- and English-speaking environment.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute retention strategies to reduce churn.
• Manage retention lifecycle across onboarding, invoicing, dunning, cancellation, reactivation and winback.
• Define retention offers and pricing changes and embed retention logic into campaigns.
• Analyze churn drivers and improve dunning and recovery processes.
• Own retention KPIs, forecasting and reporting across the customer lifecycle.
• Lead retention projects and collaborate with customer service, Telco and partner teams.
