Frequentis, headquartered in Vienna, is a global provider of critical communications and information systems. We are seeking a driven professional to support the Group-wide BCM framework, coordinate BIAs, and assist in crisis management trainings. You will help prepare leadership updates and maintain BCM documentation.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in BCM or related fields, strong MS Office skills, and fluency in English. Travel up to 10% internationally may be required.

Qualifikationen

• University degree or higher education in a related field.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in BCM, Risk, PM, or related roles.
• Knowledge of ISO 22301 / ISO 31000 or related standards is a plus.
• Excellent MS Office skills; willingness to learn governance tools.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
• Structured, pragmatic, hands-on working style.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to ~10%.

Aufgaben

• Support the implementation and improvement of the BCM framework across entities.
• Coordinate BCM activities including BIA, continuity planning, and reviews.
• Assist in planning and executing continuity exercises and crisis trainings.
• Contribute to management reports and status updates for leadership.
• Maintain BCM documentation and ensure plans remain practical.
• Support Enterprise Risk Management with risk identification and follow-up.
• Promote BCM awareness and resilience across the organization.
