The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, robust BCM experience, and certifications like ISSO 22301. This role focuses on developing plans, leading exercises, and working with stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational continuity. A competitive salary package is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in BCM/resilience, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial context.
• Certifications like ISO 22301 Practitioner/Lead Implementer, CBCP or equivalent are preferred.
• Familiarity with EU regulatory context (NIS2) for BCM & Information Security.

Aufgaben

• Build and operate a BCMS aligned with ISO 22301, integrating with Information Security.
• Plan and conduct BIAs and BCM risk assessments at product/service levels.
• Design and run an annual exercise program for testing continuity plans.
