Jobgether SRL is seeking a data-driven PPC Specialist to manage end-to-end paid media campaigns from planning to optimization. You will optimize spend across search and social, improve ROAS, and collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on PPC/paid media experience.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads (search/display/remarketing).
• Experience with Google Analytics, tag management, and conversion tracking.
• Excel/Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actions.
• Excellent written communication and ad-copywriting skills.
• Familiarity with landing-page optimization and CRO.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with multitasking ability.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Define campaign objectives, KPIs, budgets, and bidding strategies.
• Build, launch, and manage Google/Microsoft Ads and social campaigns.
• Create and test ad copy; optimize structure and extensions.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust bids/targets to improve ROAS.
• Collaborate with content/design/dev teams to improve landing pages and CRO.
• Implement and maintain conversion tracking and analytics setup.
• Produce regular performance reports and actionable recommendations.
• Forecast spend, traffic, leads, and ROI; align with broader marketing goals.
• Share insights across channels to improve cross-channel performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and experiment with new channels.
