Insulet Corporation in Austria is seeking a Clinical Product Educator to deliver virtual training and ongoing clinical support for customers using the Omnipod insulin management system. This home-based role partners with Customer Care and Commercial teams to empower people living with diabetes through education and onboarding.

The role runs full-time, Monday to Friday with potential for occasional weekend hours; you will lead virtual trainings, document outcomes, and assist with escalated cases

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2–5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• CDE/RD/RN credentials or similar certifications.
• Proficiency with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom/Teams/WebEx).

Aufgaben

• Conduct customer training virtually for PDM settings or product conversions.
• Record training completion in Salesforce.
• Assist customer care with escalated cases and high-clinical demand.
• Promote Pod therapy and educate customers on device use and CGM integration.
• Follow workflows and document all customer interactions in CRM.
