Arbeitnow in Austria seeks an experienced recruiting consultant to lead end-to-end mandates for diverse clients. You will collaborate with hiring managers to shape roles, run proactive searches, and manage candidate communication through the ATS.

You will screen candidates in German and English, conduct initial interviews, and contribute to posting strategies. Remote work is offered with client-site visits as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in recruiting, ideally in fast-paced startups or scale-ups.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end recruiting mandates for clients (SMEs, start-ups, scale-ups).
• Advise clients on job titles, descriptions, and recruiting strategies.
• Conduct active search via LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-based sourcing tools.
• Screen calls and qualify first interviews in German and English (French a plus).
• Own candidate communications and ATS processes from intake to hire.
