Lever, Inc. is seeking a Marketing & Outreach Coordinator for remote, part-time engagement to support day-to-day marketing execution for a boutique environment serving diverse clients.

You will coordinate campaigns, publishing, SEO tasks, and marketing projects, working closely with clients, designers, developers, and partners to keep deliverables moving. The role blends hands-on digital marketing with coordination, QA, reporting, and administrative organization.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in marketing coordination or related roles.
• Strong written English and professional communication.
• Hands-on with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools.
• Basic SEO knowledge and experience using SEO tools.
• Working experience with WordPress.
• Strong organizational, project-management, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage recurring activities independently.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling platforms; Metricool experience is an advantage.
• Experience with Canva or basic graphic design is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and project-management platforms is beneficial; ClickUp experience is strongly preferred.
