BIG BLUE MARBLE in Vienna seeks a Program Lead for BIG BLUE MARBLE Labs to transition from hands-on development to coordinating external stakeholders and shaping innovation strategy in streaming and media tech. You will lead PoC sprints, scout new technologies, and build partnerships with universities, research institutions, and industry partners, while translating insights into tangible business value.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong technical foundation in software development, cloud technologies, and digital platforms.
• Willingness to shift from coding to coordinating external representation.
• Fluency in English (C1/C2) and German (at least B2).

Aufgaben

• Lead Innovation Scouting to identify relevant streaming technologies and trends.
• Attend conferences, build a professional network, and promote PoCs.
• Coordinate PoCs with the Full Stack Development team and manage visibility.
• Translate findings into technical blogs, presentations, or analyses.
• Promote knowledge sharing and align innovation with business value.
